Ms.Barron captures the true style of Jane Austen writing in the same vein Jane Austen. The character is the heroine Jane Austin if the writer herself had become a sleuth.Jane is at once a young lady of the upper class yet a truly exceptional woman as Jane Austin herself is caring for the lower classes and people in general. The rich background of this timepiece adds added dimension to this story.
This is an exceptional mystery I truly enjoyed the richness of the characters as well as the mystery.I'd love to read another in this series.
